Ali A. Nazari

Course: MEC709: Control Systems

Program: Mechanical and Industrial Engineering


A dedicated graduate teaching assistant, Ali finds great fulfillment in working with students and watching them succeed.

Ali uses visualization to help students grasp complex engineering concepts, connecting lessons to everyday experiences for easier understanding. He provides prompt feedback with actionable suggestions, so students can improve on future assignments.

He hopes to one day become a professor and researcher with his own lab, continuing to inspire and support future leaders in their academic and professional growth.


TA/GA Awards Program is to recognize, promote, and reward the contributions that teaching and graduate assistants (TA/GAs) make to enhance the quality of undergraduate student learning experiences at Toronto Metropolitan University.
